Massage your Ears to relax and unwind:
-Sitting comfortably, straight spine, feet flat on the floor, gently "walk" your fingers around your ear lobes, gently pulling your ears as you massage the ears. Repeat 3 -5 times in both directions.
Repeat theses simple yoga stretches, breathing techniques and massage regularly during your day.

Iyengar This a type of yoga designed by the famous yoga guru B.K.S. Iyengar. His style of yoga places a great emphasis on proper alignment by encouraging the use of yoga props such as bands, blocks, pillows, etc. while holding each pose for a longer amount of time than most other yoga styles. This style is great for beginners or those who have not exercised in a while because the props help to compensate for any lack of flexibility that comes with continued practice.

...e are far too many yoga training camps and correspondence programs out there that only teach their students a small portion of what it takes to start, run, and grow a successful yoga practice and as for me, if I ever decide to pursue being a full-fledged yoga teacher the whole process of obtaining a yoga trainer license for me has got to be...well: ON POINT!!!
I mean I know enough from research, practice and study to teach the essentials of Yoga, but we all know that probably won't cut it in the broader sense of the world.
